Aveley Lodge care home is operating a regular testing & screening program for all residents and staff. This is to ensure Covid-19 is not introduced into the care setting. However, as part of and a result of the increased screening, Aveley Lodge is now able to offer limited visiting by one individual at a time and on an appointment-only basis. We here at Aveley Lodge understand how essential it is that families retain contact with their loved ones and especially during times like these. These appointments can be booked by contacting the Admin team, who will assist those wishing to visit our beautiful home. Each appointment is 20 minutes long with a ten-minute turn around as to enable cleaning of all areas of contact. All visitor are required to remain within their car until asked to enter the visiting area by a member of the Aveley team. This is essential as to avoid too many people in one area at a time. No pets are permitted, and no food shall be brought to the visit either. Lastly, all parties are required to follow social distancing rules throughout the visit. These requirements are there for the safety of all parties involved and we politely request that these are respected and followed at all times
